- Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to individuals in their homes
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Lift and transfer individuals as needed, following proper safety protocols
- Assist with daily needs such as laundry, light housekeeping, and essential shopping
- Provide homemaker service, companionship, and respite care as needed by the client
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to follow care plans
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move individuals as required
