Position: Personal Assistant/Caregiver

Duties:

Organization and Scheduling:

Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

Book travel, hotels, and transportation; organize itineraries.

Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Communication and Liaison:

Manage email and voicemail communication, prioritizing messages.

Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Act as a liaison, communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Administrative and Financial Management:

Perform clerical duties (data entry, filing, maintaining records).

Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions.

Proofread documents to ensure accuracy.

Household Management:

Light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces).

Laundry and ironing of clothes, linens, and towels.

Organize and declutter living spaces, managing storage.

Take out trash and recycling.

Run errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc.).

Personal Care and Support:

Prepare meals and manage dietary restrictions.

Assist with light personal needs as required.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Experience:

Previous experience as a personal assistant, caregiver, or related field preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and empathy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.

Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
