Job Duties
Client intake / Client interaction (very important)
Monitoring treatment
Client oversight
Collection, review and maintenance of medical records and bills
Prepare demand packages
Working with insurance companies
Creating disbursement reports and statements
Job Requirements
Prior experience managing Personal Injury cases is helpful
Interest in learning and taking on new challenges
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Positive attitude when working with clients and other staff
Experience in Law Firm Case Management software
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
English and Spanish fluency a plus
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
