The primary responsibility of the intake specialist role is to act as the first point of contact with potential clients to the firm. Responsibilities include assisting potential clients by answering questions, gathering information, and explaining why Lerner and Rowe is the best firm for their legal needs. This person must be able to help clients empathetically, respectfully, and professionally at all times. Our ideal candidate is someone who is respectful, shows compassion towards others, and makes a conscientious effort to provide quality customer service to all potential clients. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of work. Willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

Self-starter with strong customer service skills.

Compassion and empathy a must.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Bilingual/Spanish is required

Bankruptcy experience is a plus

Sales experience is a plus
