Case Manager - Personal Injury Law Firm - Bilingual Spanish Required

A quickly growing and successful personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager. Bilingual Spanish required. Must be Fluent "read, write , speak" Spanish.

The ideal pre-litigation case manager has 2 - 5 years of experience managing motor vehicle accident, premise liability and various other personal injury related cases from intake through case settlement. The ability to handle and manage client contact in a professional and friendly manner is essential. Knowledge of Needles Neos is a plus.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with new client intake when needed
  • Inputting cases into our Needles Neos database
  • Preparing and sending letters of representation
  • Requesting police reports, photos, BWC videos
  • Assisting clients with property damage claims
  • Coordinating medical treatment
  • Contacting and keeping clients up-to-date on case progress throughout the case
  • Requesting and following up on medical records
  • Preparing and sending demand packages
  • Assisting attorneys with case negotiations
  • Preparing the settlement disbursals
  • Preparing and faxing/emailing balance verification requests to providers
  • Updating system software with balances once verified
  • Preparing and faxing/emailing reduction requests to providers
  • Meeting with clients to sign releases and review draft disbursals
