Proven sales experience in the flexible Packaging industry is required (Converter grade rollstock, stretch film, etc.). Please do not apply without this experience.

Midwest Sales – Films Remote, work from home. Territory is ripe for growth, and with proper attention, could grow by over 5X. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of the products to potential customers.

Responsibilities :  Develop and implement a sales strategy to target potential customers and increase sales  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers  Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers  Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed  Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets  Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments  Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure successful sales efforts

Requirements :  Proven sales experience in the flexible packaging industry (Converter grade rollstock, stretch film, etc...)  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to think creatively and problem-solve  Highly motivated and results-driven  Knowledge of packaging converters and the industry is a plus  Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
