Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager who’s as passionate about culture and safety as they are about machine upkeep and efficiency for our clients Plastic Extrusion plant.

Job Duties

• Manage all aspects of repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and tools, as well as maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems.
• Oversee and optimize maintenance schedules, budgets, and equipment.
• Work cross-functionally with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to solve maintenance problems and improve machine conditions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and documentation of all work.
• Drive continuous improvement activities throughout the plant

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in maintenance or related field in a manufacturing environment
• 5 years of maintenance management experience.
• Knowledge of plastics extrusion processing equipment and systems.
