Maintenance Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee and manage maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory.
- Monitor and manage the budget for maintenance projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in high voltage electrical systems and low voltage systems.
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
