• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five years successful supervisory experience in a school or industrial environment

• Two years of college in a related field

• Possess AHERA manager/planner/supervisor certification, or able to obtain within six months of hire.
• Ability to maintain excellent attendance, punctuality and reliability.

• Criminal background clearance
• Valid WA State driver’s license and proof of insurance
• All certificates, licenses, endorsements, permits, and vaccines (absent exemption) as required for this position by state and local authorities
• Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours facilities issues, in a timely manner, as determined by the Director of Facilities.
• Ability and willingness to share on call responsibility in regards to nights, weekends and holidays.
