Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions or failures
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices
- Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $62,400.00 - $70,919.00 per year
