Property Management Company seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor overseeing 3 properties in The Greater Seattle Area.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

• Participate in all maintenance projects.
• Participate in maintenance staff after-hours emergency scheduling.
• Be responsible for inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials.
• Assist Manager in scheduling maintenance personnel, service requests, and adhering to other maintenance priorities.
• Be responsible for the refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, apartment make-ready, and periodic inspections.
• Periodically inspect apartment interiors, building exterior and common areas (including pool and spa areas), performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed.
• Verify that maintenance rooms and other storage areas are kept locked, cleaned, and maintain adequate lighting for the interior and exterior.
• Have constant knowledge regarding contracts and suppliers, their services and goods.

• MUST HAVE A Valid Driver’s License.
• MUST HAVE Reliable transportation.

Maintenance Requirements:

• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
