Property Management Company seeking a full time Community Manager for a property in Tukwila, WA.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise property staff.
• Marketing, which includes merchandising and renting the apartments.
• Public relations, which includes communication and maintaining the property’s reputation.
• Administration, which includes rental collections and record keeping.
• Operations

Requirements:

• 5 years property management experience
• Lease Up experience.
• Appfolio experience (preferred)
• Professional appearance
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer/technology skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Must live on-site

Software Programs Utilized (Experience preferred, not required):

• AppFolio
• Microsoft Teams
• Paycom
