Plan Express is a leading blueprinting and document managing service dedicated to providing exceptional products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our valued customers with their inquiries and concerns.

• Provide Expert Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service to architects, engineers, and construction professionals by understanding their blueprinting needs and providing expert solutions.
• Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, addressing questions about blueprinting services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Order Processing: Assist clients in placing blueprinting orders accurately, ensuring all specifications are met. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, such as print quality concerns or delivery discrepancies, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on blueprinting technologies and services, providing clients with accurate and relevant information about available products and customization options.
• Maintain Records: Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, order histories, and communication logs for future reference.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the production team to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on completed blueprinting orders to ensure they meet the clients' specifications before delivery.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
