Renewal by Andersen is a window replacement subsidiary of Andersen Corporate, a company that has revolutionize window and door business for more than 110 years. Our process begins with a free in-home consultation to listen to customer’s needs. We then make custom, energy efficient composite and professionally install them for optimal performance. We are in over 100 markets in the U.S., becoming the largest replacement window company in the country. 

We are currently seeking to hire a Concierge (Customer Support Representative) to join our St. Louis team! 

Responsibilities 

• Maintaining accurate inventory and keep systems updated with inventory
• Accurately order products for your location within the allowed time frame
• Confirming orders in system and add in product costs 
• Making sure all window and door specifications are entered correctly into our database prior to ordering
• Collaborating with teammates to ensure accuracy and efficiency 
• Partnering with our field team on all orders
• Tracking all orders to ensure a timely arrival 

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 2 years Customer Service, primarily by phone. 

• 1 years working for a Residential Remodeling, Residential Construction/ Home Building, or company that provides services to residential homeowners (ex) replacement windows and doors, plumbing services, roofing services, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, HVAC services -heating, air conditioning, etc.) – highly preferred. 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Solid organizational skills to follow through with customers to resolution 

• Proven ability to deescalate customer issues/concerns while building brand value 

• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen. 

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. 
• Salesforce experience

Salary: $19.00 per hour 

Shift: 

• 8 hour shift 

Weekly day range: 

• Monday to Friday
