We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on a positive note. Your exceptional hospitality skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with food service as needed

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
