Position: Channel Program Manager

Our cutting-edge technology caters to large enterprises, and our impressive client base includes globally recognized companies.Role Overview:Pharos is seeking a Channel Program Manager to join our Sales team. The Channel Program Manager plays a vital role in maintaining strong relationships within our partner landscape. This position entails a diverse set of responsibilities focused on supporting our channel partners and the growth of Pharos through those partners. Key tasks include responding to various partner inquiries, creating quotes in alignment with the partner agreement, allocating Pharos resources to projects appropriately, and managing the day-to-day activities of channel support. Strong organizational & communication skills are essential in this role. The Channel Program Manager's role is crucial to the company's success as they act as the primary liaison between Pharos and its partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing opportunities for mutual growth and success.Pay Range: Base of USD$75,000-USD$80,000 per year and a bonus target of USD$10,000 per year. Location:  Candidates must reside in the United States. Candidates in the Rochester New York, Las Vegas, or the Denver area will be given preference. Key Responsibilities:Support Channel partners in selling Pharos solutions:
    • Assist channel partners in understanding Pharos solutions, including features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Provide training, resources, and guidance to channel partners to effectively market and sell Pharos solutions.
Build Expertise within the channel teams to foster “self-service” mentality:
    • Develop training programs and resources to empower channel teams to become subject matter experts on Pharos solutions.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development within channel teams to enhance their ability to independently address customer needs.
Create and deliver powerful presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of Pharos:
    • Develop compelling presentation materials that highlight the key features, benefits, and differentiators of Pharos solutions.
    • Deliver presentations to channel partners and potential customers with confidence and clarity.
Manage orders and requests we get from our partners:
    • Process orders and requests from partners in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, such as Sales Operations and Customer Support, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolution of partner inquiries.
Effectively communicate client needs to the Sales Engineering teams to drive future product enhancements:
    • Gather feedback from channel partners and customers regarding product performance and feature requests.
    • Collaborate with Sales Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and communicate customer needs effectively.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns:
    • Work closely with Marketing teams to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations, tailored to the needs of channel partners.
    • Assist in the development of targetedmarketing campaigns to generate leads and support channel sales efforts.
Establish and maintain a robust feedback loop with Channel partners:
    • Regularly solicit feedback from channel partners on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to Channel partners:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for channel partners, offering guidance and support on Pharos' internal processes, systems, and resources.
    • Foster strong relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and maximize their effectiveness in serving customers and driving sales.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in channel management, partner relationship management, or a related role within the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting channel partners in selling products or solutions.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to channel partners and customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to manage orders and requests from partners effectively.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing feedback from to drive strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Experience working remotely or in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) software and other sales enablement tools is preferred.
