WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Learning and Development Program Manager is responsible for executing talent development and organizational development programs that will aid in creating an engaging employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Focusing on the company’s culture, vision, purpose, promise and principles, the Program Manager will continuously work with the Director of Learning and Development to analyze the organization’s needs to ensure the learning programs are aligned with the business goals while providing employees a path for continuous learning, development, and growth.
