Core Function of the Inside Sales Representative:
Support the sales team and territory managers through performing a wide range of administrative tasks, lend support to the PG Long Floor Covering Sales team, and uphold strong customer service standards while interfacing with all clients and customers. To be successful in this position, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) must be comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment without sacrificing quality and/or delivery. Maintaining customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and the ISR will spend most of their time responding to inquiries, helping with scheduling/installation issues as they arise, and handling remote interactions with customers and/or team members.

As the Inside Sales Representative and Showroom Manager you are eligible for:
· $18.00-$22.00/HR ($37,440 based on 2,080 hours worked in one year)
· Possible wage increases at 90 day and 1 year evaluation(s)

The Inside Sales Representative and compensation will be based on experience with a mutually agreeable pay structure being determined at the time of hire.
