CleanMark Labels is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative - B2B

The Inside Sales Representative position is an essential function of CleanMark’s operation. We have developed a unique & proven sales process that’s resulted in substantial growth, year-over-year. The person in this role will be responsible for acquiring new business and identifying new opportunities within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will come equipped with their own toolkit of creative sales techniques and previous experience in order to help us achieve our revenue goals. CleanMark leadership will train and teach the fundamentals of the label industry, technical knowledge is not required for this position.

Required Sales Skills:

  • Proven ability to identify new opportunities, define customer problems and develop a business case.
  • Proficient in the “art of the sale” with a high level of sales competency and sales maturity.
  • ‘Expert-level’ proactive outreach communication skills with a natural instinct to deploy (sales related) emotional intelligence when engaging with clients and prospects.
  • Ability to ask creative and impactful questions while reading client feedback in order to successfully move a conversation forward.
  • Cannot be an order-taker: Has the confidence and ability to execute techniques that will position clients in a way which allows a deal to naturally progress to the next stage of the sales cycle.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with well developed business acumen skills.
  • Must understand the concept and importance of client stakeholder mapping (internal & external) and how to navigate organizational stakeholder relationships.
  • A humble team player that welcomes critique and direction from leadership. Ability to put new advice into action and sustain long-term healthy sales habits.
  • Ability to maintain a well-balanced deal pipeline while executing tenacious and strategic follow-up techniques.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Respond to inbound requests (new leads) in a timely manner and convert them into active sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a well-balanced deal-pipeline with the ability to multi-task and appropriately cater to client needs at a high level.
  • Daily cold calls & networking activities to key stakeholders at qualified organizations.
  • Daily warm calls to new contacts at existing accounts to identify new opportunities.
  • Gather technical requirements from clients and translate information within a database to internal Engineering/Production team for solution design, quote requests and samples.
  • Minimum 15 to 20 high quality daily sales communication activities with clients that include sending proposals, samples, general deal follow up, deal tracking and closing.
  • Self manage your own efficient schedule via setting, executing and re-scheduling activities in various CRM platforms.
  • Schedule and attend virtual sales meetings and conference calls with prospects & clients.

Required Sales Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of inside sales experience within a B2B platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is preferred but not always required

Salary

  • Starting salary $60,000 - 80,000 DOE
  • Bonus potential within first year of employment.
