POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Salary Commission

LOCATION: Portland, OR

PAY RATE: 68,000-80,000 uncapped commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expert knowledge and support to customers
• Generate new clients and cultivate sales
• Build strong working relationships with all customers through communication and follow through
• Prepare accurate bids and quotes for customers
• Ensure department meets or exceeds sales goals
• Continuous follow up with customers
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years retail/showroom sales experience preferably in a construction related field
• Must be able to operate computer, standard and specialized software applications.
• Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations,
• Must be able communicate and negotiate through verbal and written communication.
• Valid OR Driver’s License
