• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Empathic listener with the ability to direct the conversation in a constructive and positive direction
• Ability to offer the next step in the process, a consultation, to determine our ability to handle their unique situation.
• Answer incoming calls to give the caller the best result
• Collect the information obtained during the call and place it in Zoho CRM
• Communicate vital information to the consultant that will next meet with the caller

• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

• College graduate a plus
