Michelin-starred chef Jermemiah Langhorne and the team from The Dabney have recently opened a French inspired all day dining restaurant. We are looking for candidates who are motivated and excited to become a part of our growing team.

We are looking for hospitality professionals with an upscale dining background who are passionate about the guest experience and will contibute to a great team culture. Ideal server candidates are outgoing and enjoy developing relationships with guests that will lead to a memorable dining experience. 

Requirements include:

• An enthusiasm for hospitality and desire to please
• A positive attitude towards fellow employees and a love for working in a closely-knit team environment
• A sharp attention to detail and organization
• Great team leader, motivator, and mentor
• Previous experience operating a well-rounded beverage program required
• Previous experience in an upscale restaurant preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer/cider, and wine required

Duties include:

• Manage, support, and educate all bar and FOH staff members
• Develop, maintain, and operate a unique and diverse cocktail menu which mirrors the french cuisine at Petite Cerise
• Develop, maintain, and operate curated spirits, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverage menus
• Maintain bar COGS, inventories, ordering, and supplies
• Manage bar staff scheduling and staffing
