POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Bar Manager to supervise daily bar and restaurant operations. Bar Manager responsibilities include supervising the bar, maintaining a fully-stocked liquor inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our bar staff and guide them to deliver quality drinks on time. Ultimately, you will ensure all drinks are properly prepared and served and our customers have a pleasant dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain inventory

· Ensure bar is well-stocked and clean

· Oversees staffs, including bartenders and barbacks

· Supervise drink preparation

· Schedule bar staff shifts

· Order liquor and other supplies

· Store food products in compliance with safety practices

· Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the bar area

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven work experience as a Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager

· Excellent organizational skills

· Conflict management skills

· Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs required

· Repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs cases of liquor, glasses, trash cans, mopping and sweeping

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs

· Ability to manage a diverse work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
