Administrative Assistant

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid Driver’s License required

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Highschool degree or equivalent required
• Associates degree in business or related field preferred
• 3 years of progressive administrative experience required

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to self-schedule
• Ability to prospect new business, form an action plan, and successfully execute it

• Proficient with usage of computers, smart phones, and tablets
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for matching supplier credits with internal documents and processes accordingly
• Answer a high volume of calls and emails
• Handle various administrative tasks to include billing, sorting incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Be first point of contact for customers
• Schedule service on the road and in the shop
• Assists stores in processing/acquiring documents
• Provides administrative support to the Store Manager
• Works with other office support staff and stores to resolve issues
