Job Details for HR Director:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with flexibility to work non-traditional hours
  • Salary: $90k-$110k
Job Responsibilities & Description for HR Director:
  • Strong relationship management across internal departments and throughout the organization.
  • Ability to build an employee brand presence online to support the recruitment of “A” players who will help our organization scale and grow.
  • Recruitment of employees and associates across the organization.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Proven experience in owning a full cycle recruiting process in a growing organization.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes and training, initiatives to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) and/or talent management system.
  • Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with Federal, State, And Local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; Reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the executive team.
Job Requirements for HR Director:
  • 8 years of Human Resources experience at a high-performing organization, minimum of 5 year’s experience at the Director level.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – will need to understand higher education space.
  • A proud high performer with the demonstrated ability to uphold high-performance standards across an HR team and subsequently across the organization.
  • Proven leadership of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management.
