Human Resources Director Full-time

About Us:

Cliveden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 180-bed skilled facility offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. Our staff is committed to providing excellent care and services in a friendly, resident-focused, home-like environment.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as the Human Resources Director in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Philadelphia PA. This position would be perfect for someone with an upbeat mentality who enjoys engaging with staff and can run a detailed, organized, department.

Human Resources Director Position Overview:

TheHuman Resources Director is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function at the facility level.Implements all Human Resources policies and procedures. The preferred candidate will have a background in long-term care.

Director of Human Resources Benefits:

Director of Human Resources Key Duties:

  • The onboarding process of new hires and complete the orientation process and ensure employee files are processed according to company procedures.
  • Oversee the facility payroll processing.
  • Support staff management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations and employee relation issues.
  • Administers benefit programs, leave of absence and employee assistance. 
  • Investigates employee incidents and accidents and incident reporting.
  • Complete and maintain all unemployment claims.

Director of Human Resources Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in human resources management preferred: or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in human resources.
  • Experience in a nursing home or healthcare environment preferred.
  • Required strong background in recruitment and retention.
