We are a remote-first workplace but the candidates for this role must be resident of Pennsylvania and within commuting distance of Philadelphia, or a resident of New York state andwithin commuting distance of New York city at the start of employment. The People & Culture Regional Director for the U.S. and Canada is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. This role is also an intermediary with our parent organization, B Lab Global, which is the primary administrator of staff benefits, including health insurance, well-being programs, and retirement benefits. Additionally, through shared services with our parent company, B Lab Global, the Regional Director will also receive support in recruiting, learning and development, staff engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote staff, project management, and policy and procedure development aligned with Equity, Belonging, and Anti-Racism frameworks and principles. The People & Culture Regional Director will report to the B Lab U.S. and Canada CEO with a dotted reporting line to the Global Director of People & Culture.
