Overview:
The Pennsylvania Coordinated Campaign is hiring a Human Resources Manager to work with our State-Wide campaign operation to manage Human Resources and People Operations for coordinated campaign staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, implement, and manage systems to ensure recruitment of diverse teams.
Manage and develop regular reporting to ensure that hiring and onboarding for coordinated staff proceeds smoothly and efficiently, including getting leadership approvals
Serve as the subject matter expert of the operation of state staff covered under Collective Bargaining Agreements for strategic planning.
Liaise with leadership team for questions related to coordinated employeesÂ’ benefits and payroll
Ensure compliance with all policy related matters including Collective Bargaining Agreements
Work with managers on performance management, conducting performance reviews and/or improvement plans where needed
Work with employees on any employee relations issues, managing conflicts, and conducting investigations and dispute resolution
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Experience, or Campaign Operations
Recruitment Experience preferred
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with others, seeking out and building positive working relationships both inside the People team and cross-functionally
Proficiency in HR software (ADP), data interpretation, and reporting
This role is a full time, in person role located in Philadelphia, PA.
