Penmac Staffing is seeking candidates for their Client Service Representative position with a nationwide insurance company. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, our client is looking for a full-time candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for growth.
The Client Specialist is responsible for taking a large volume of incoming calls from policy holders and agents that contact the corporate office directly for assistance with their insurance policies.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Training: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm with 1 hour lunch (7.5 hours per day)
After Training: Employee will be scheduled between the hours of 7 am-8 pm and would work a rotating Saturday (1-2 Saturdays per month)
Dress – Business Casual
Responsibilities can include:

• Assist clients with their insurance policies, answer questions, look up information
• Help make vehicle/coverage changes
• Updating information on the clients’ policies
• Payments by phone

Requirements include:

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Prior Customer Service or Insurance experience is a plus
• Must have computer/data-entry skills
