Responsibilities:

• Primarily oversees the successful operations of the Customer Service Residential services

• Effectively increase a steady customer base, as well as maintain long-term customer relations, mainly via phone and email

• Helps serve as a back-up to the Customer Service Manager's duties in their absence

• Lead and train Customer Service Representatives

• Receives and resolves customer complaints and/or escalated phone calls especially when they deal with our residential services

• Oversees and is responsible for resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction

• Oversee the overall quality of customer service to our municipal clients

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred

• Experience using various computer programs e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Comfortable presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, be detail-oriented and efficient

• Positive and professional demeanor to effectively manage a consumer-friendly service environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
