PDM Steel Service Centers, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

PDM Steel Service Center is a recognized industry leader seeking applicants to fill a newly added Inside Sales position at our Denver, CO facility. PDM has a tenured history in service starting in 1954 here in California. Since then, PDM has branched out to include nine facilities in five states. We sell steel but what we really sell is service. PDM is looking for individuals who flourish in a cross functional environment, can wear many hats and will help us differentiate ourselves from the competition.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a service center, customers are at the center of our business. Our inside salespeople work closely with all departments to ensure top notch service is provided and do everything in their power to be the one stop shop solutions provider.

- Inbound/outbound calls and emails

- Lead generation

- Qualifying of customers and requirements

- Relationship building

- Resolution of customer issues

- Account management

- Project management

- Scheduling

- Logistics

- Estimating and quoting

- Outsourcing/issuing RFQs for material and outside labor

- Issuing POS

Requirements

- High School Diploma/GED

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree(preferred)

- Sales Experience(preferred)

- Steel Industry/building materials(preferred)

-Bilingual; Spanish/English (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
