PDM Steel Service Center is a recognized industry leader seeking applicants to fill a newly added Inside Sales position at our Denver, CO facility. Responsibilities and Duties
As a service center, customers are at the center of our business. Our inside salespeople work closely with all departments to ensure top notch service is provided and do everything in their power to be the one stop shop solutions provider.
- Inbound/outbound calls and emails
- Lead generation
- Qualifying of customers and requirements
- Relationship building
- Resolution of customer issues
- Account management
- Project management
- Scheduling
- Logistics
- Estimating and quoting
- Outsourcing/issuing RFQs for material and outside labor
- Issuing POS
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree(preferred)
- Sales Experience(preferred)
- Steel Industry/building materials(preferred)
-Bilingual; Spanish/English (preferred)
