Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager (OM) is entrusted with the comprehensive management of operations, including but not limited to the distribution of work assignments, establishment of milestones, monitoring progress, and assessment of program implementation. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on goals, objectives, and milestones, ensuring production meets expectations, and delivering detailed reports to Government Representatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in business, operations, logistics, management, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a role involving the management of training or education programs.
Key Duties:
- Manage operations, including distribution of work assignments and establishment of milestones.
- Monitor progress in accordance with established practices and timelines.
- Assess progress and provide guidance to ensure production meets expectations.
- Provide comprehensive reports to Government Representatives.
- Monitor program implementation and guide Ready and Resilient Performance Centers (R2PC) support staff and Performance Center Managers (PCMs).
- Ensure accurate implementation of Programs of Instruction (POI).
- Maintain and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), overall operations and scheduling.
- Publish correspondence affecting R2PC operations.
Location:
DPRR HQ, Arlington VA.
