Job Description
As a Plant Administrative Assistant (also known as Office Coordinator, Administrative Specialist), you'll manage a variety of administrative tasks, including handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating plant events, and maintaining office supplies. You'll also assist with HR systems, distribute safety talks, and ensure visitor protocols are followed.
