Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the construction industry, rental industry, equipment sales, or Traffic safety.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
