WAGE SCALE: $66,560-$80,000
- Project Manage multiple commercial roofing and waterproofing projects and provide oversight of project from beginning to completion.
- This includes but is not limited to:
- Direct interaction with General Contractor Project Managers and Superintendents.
- Maintain all project-related correspondence including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Utilize team members to coordinate jobsite workers, material, and equipment.
- Ensure that specifications are followed and work proceeds on schedule within budget.
- Utilize expert knowledge and customer service skills to develop and maintain valued relationships with new and existing customers.
- Up to 25% travel to local jobsites.
- Abide by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- A 4-year college degree
- Requires good verbal and written communications skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Willingness and aptitude to be taught the skills/knowledge of a Project Manager
