Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our roof and solar services to potential clients in the San Antonio region. Previous roof or solar experience is highly important for this position. You will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Educate customers about our roof and solar services, explaining the benefits and advantages
  • Conduct on-site inspections, which may involve climbing ladders and walking on roofs
  • Assess clients' energy needs and provide customized solutions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate project installations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roof or solar industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs for inspections
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
