We are looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead our sales team in San Antonio. If you're interested in a career in the solar industry and have exceptional sales skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct door-to-door visits with team members to identify and contact potential customers.
- Present and sell Orius Solar Care's solar system services to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the solar industry.
Requirements / Requisitos:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours as needed.
- English - Spanish bilingual requirement
