We are looking for an individual with proven success as an Automotive Sales Consultant, with the ability to deliver a superior customer buying experience. A leader with integrity who maintains a teamwork mentality and develops their sales team toward continued success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to effectively manage all Salespeoples Daily Acitivities , including but not limited to retail, Training and Follow up. Experience with internet and retail tools, IE: V-auto, Rapid Recon, Vin Solutions Ability to forecast goals and objectives for Sales Consultants, Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work with others. Understands and keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations. Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers. Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times. Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management. Requirements: .
