- Work with the Human Resources Manager and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment strategies to select, hire and onboard employees.
- Maintain electronic benefits administration system and assist employees with benefit related questions.
- Ensure employee personnel files and records are compliant with agency policies and licensing standards.
- Maintain electronic databases to generate HR metrics and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree; business management of HR emphasis preferred.
- Experience in human resources, benefits administration and customer services desired
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to effectively manage databases
- Passion to work in non-profit setting
- Full time benefited position, working Monday through Friday
- $40,500 base salary
- 120 hours of vacation and 80 hours of sick leave accrued annually and 9 paid holidays
- Medical and Dental Insurance, Vision Plan, Flex Spending Plan and employer-paid Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance
- 401(K) with employer matching
