With the ongoing expansion of our business, we need a strong Senior Technical Program Manager for the OCI Infrastructure Delivery Engineering team. This high-impact role will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across multiple OCI teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to own the planning, design, and execution of processes with the product team and engineering. They will drive decision-making, roadmaps, and initiative implementation to achieve measurable organizational impact.

Ideal Experience

• 8 years of program/project management experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Proficient
• Background in technology-enabled change, ideally within a cloud infrastructure data center environment
• Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate global team members
• Leading and managing a can-do attitude through continual change and ambiguity; able to identify systemic approaches to solving problems
• Excellent communication skills, including high-quality written communication and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
• Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across teams
• Proactive, forward-thinking, yet pragmatic and technically savvy, with the ability to synthesize disparate information effectively and quickly into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions
• Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs
• Demonstrated ability to think from a business/outcome perspective and translate that into executable delivery and clear accountabilities
