The Role
We are searching for a dedicated Technical Program Manager responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting our corporate applications in alignment with our company's strategic goals. This role demands a blend of business acumen and technological expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business partners, internal and external stakeholders, and technology vendors to devise cost-efficient solutions that align with our requirements and architectural objectives.
Key Responsibilities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and align on strategic objectives.
    • Provide the technical design, scripting, testing, and maintenance of critical enterprise business systems (e.g. NetSuite, Workday, Ironclad, Jira, etc).
    • Efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders to mitigate risks and overcome obstacles.
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational and technical enhancements, improving customer experience by converting ideas into actionable technical documentation and strategies.
    • Design, roll out, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient integration tools and solutions.
    • Uphold and promote best practices, standardized coding guidelines, and development methodologies across the IT team.
    • Create detailed documentation for system architectures, project plans, and user manuals, and conduct training sessions to empower end-users.
    • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments with flexibility and efficiency, adapting to emerging needs and priorities.
Who You Are
    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer/Data Science, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, or a related domain.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable position.
    • Expertise in managing enterprise business applications, focusing on enhancing efficiency and accuracy through workflow automation, optimizing business processes to improve application utilization, and facilitating seamless data flow between various applications through integration.
    • Innate ability to spearhead projects and address incidents, collaborating seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners.
    • Aptitude to understand and resolve complex issues, attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, and excellent customer service skills.
    • Acquaintance with automation platforms such as Tray, Workato, and Power BI.
    • Familiar with utilizing APIs from applications such as NetSuite, Workday, Okta, Google, and Slack.
Bonus Points
    • A track record of success in ERP, BI reporting, and data migration ventures.
    • Advanced knowledge of NetSuite, including workflow automation, setting up advanced eliminating entities, creating and customizing record types and fields, user and role management and software integration with NetSuite. Strong command of JavaScript and Zone Advance Billing.
    • Experience with AWS products (S3, SES, SQS, Redshift) and Amazon third-party security and data management standards.
    • Project management and/or business process management experience
    • Experience with Jira workflow and automation management.
    • Experience with managing contract lifecycles using systems such as Ironclad and DocuSign.
$120,000 - $180,000 a year
Theexpected salary range for this position is from$120,000-$180,000 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors, including your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
