This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap, directly impacting the way Oracle Customers interact with our Services. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across multiple Oracle Divisions and Business Units. You should have a strong multi-disciplinary operations, technology, and delivery background with a track record of influencing and addressing senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Prior experience with distributed systems and Cloud Services architecture are a must have.Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud
• 10 years of experience in delivery for a mid to large-sized company
• A high degree of organization and ability to lead multiple, co-contending priorities
• Ability to work independently and propose solutions
• Ability to mentor TPMs, design and build engineers
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent business analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros)
• Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
