• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or general business is required, but an associate’s degree in finance or business administration will be considered.
• Proven working experience in accounting or relevant field is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
• CPA’s preferred but is not required.
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or other automated accounting systems.
• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Understand debits and credits.
• Appfolio, Netsuite, Intacct, Yardi, and/or Deltek experience is a plus.
• Valid Drivers License.
