JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who is an excellent relationship builder and strategist charged with delivering incredible work while growing existing accounts. This role is a balance of big picture strategic thinking that seeks to solve abstract business challenges while also facilitating tactical execution that brings our client’s objectives to life.
In this role, you will be a cross-functional team leader that facilitates work throughout our internal teams in pursuit of our client’s objectives. The Sr. AM must be able to deliver a variety of work that spans the digital ecosystem and speak to each discipline’s role in solving a client’s problems. As such, the Senior Account Manager must have prior experience with leading a client through digital marketing via Digital Strategy Planning, User Experience Design, Web Development, Social Media, Search, Digital Media, Content Marketing, and Analytics. While experience in all areas is not required, familiarity with each is preferred.
The Sr. AM must be a self-starter and can lead a client towards their objectives in an autonomous, yet highly collaborative way while providing mentorship to teammates and clients.
