JOB SUMMARY:
The Central Access & OMP Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Call Center and Central RegistrationThis position ensures that the units are providing excellent customer service. The Central Access Manager assists in the preparation of department’s annual budget, and implements changes necessary to comply with the budget and with government and oversight agency regulations. As OMP Project Manager they take on the role of project manager for all OMP Departments in support of workflow optimization, construction projects, SharePoint, OneNote and new process or procedure implementation. They work closely with department leadership and other OMC departments involved in projects. They serve on the OMC Corporate Planning team as OMP’s representative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Administration or Project Management required.
Experience
  • Five years’ experience in a health care clinic setting.
  • Two years’ supervisory experience preferred.
  • Managerial experience preferred, may consider experience in other healthcare related jobs
  • Project management experience required

      • PTO PSL (Paid Sick Leave): If you are sick or caring for a sick family member, you may wish to use the PTO PSL bank in order to receive the protections of WA State’s Paid Sick Leave. You can also use the PTO PSL bank just like you use your PTO bank (meaning you do not have to be sick to use this bank).
  • Extended Illness Bank
    • Accrues based on hours worked, equivalent to 4 days per year for a full-time employee (pro-rated for part-time). Maximum of 480 hours allowed in bank. Accrued time may be used to cover illnesses beginning the 4th scheduled consecutive day of work missed due to illness.
