JOB SUMMARY:
Provides excellent advanced customer service according to Olympic Medical Center standards. Manages incoming phone calls and messages from a central call center for all OMP clinics. Documents telephone messages into EHR and routes them to appropriate departments. Schedules appointments. Answers inquiries. In addition, the OMP Central Access Advanced Agent participates in advanced patient care including the release of non-complicated lab results dictated by provider, recall system for Clinical Support Staff, return phone calls when Clinical Support Staff have documented a plan and unable to reach the patient, and other advanced duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education

• High School diploma or GED required.

Experience

• Experience as an OMP Call Center Representative required.

Licensure/Credentials

• MA-R license required within 60 days of hire.
