Olympia Provisions is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Portland, OR
- Serve as a representative Olympia Provisions across retailers, restaurants, wholesale, and distributors.
- Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Develop and convert leads in the Pacific Northwest to expand our footprint.
- Travel throughout the Pacific Northwest for face-to-face interactions, product demonstrations, and order requisitions.
- Coordinate with inside sales for order processing and customer onboarding.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- A passion for charcuterie, cooking, and dining. Your love for food should be contagious!
- 1-2 years of experience in food sales with a track record of success. Alternatively, 5-10 years of restaurant experience with proven success in restaurant or kitchen management.
- A people-person: outgoing, energetic, and excellent at building relationships.
- Lives in or can regularly commute to the Portland metro area
- Skilled multitasker with the ability to prioritize customer needs effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in google suite, basic computer skills, and high level of organization.
- Enjoys being on the road; a reliable vehicle and a valid Oregon driver’s license are required for customer visits. Mileage reimbursement provided.
- Quick learner who isn’t afraid to ask the questions that will make you—and our customers—successful.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Takes pride in managing your own portfolio of clients, ensuring their happiness and satisfaction.
