Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer and supported by a senior HR leader, the HR Generalist shall support the daily HR functions of the business. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, new employee orientation and onboarding, employee relations, payroll review and approval, performance management, employment separations, and related functions. The HR Generalist shall be a resource and help guide managers and employees through various human resource processes, answering questions they may have about company policies, processes, procedures, and practices. The HR Generalist shall also manage employment recordkeeping, administer employee benefits, and support other HR-related concerns. The position also has an active role in helping to ensure all human resource functions comply with federal, state, local, and regulatory laws, rules, and regulations.
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist position will work on various projects across HR disciplines, including recruiting and hiring, employee benefits, employee relations, employment recordkeeping, HRIS, payroll, and related areas. When working onsite, you will have a private office and work area.
