Restaurant Franchise corporate office located in San Clemente is seeking a Bookkeeping/ Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Bookkeeping experience
- An Associate's Degree
- At least 3 years of QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Have excellent organization skills and time management
- Familiarity with Point of Sales systems not required but is a plus
- Familiarity with Payroll systems not required but is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform various weekly and monthly reports
- Enter deposits into Quickbooks
- Credit card reconciliation
- Reconcile purchases
- Pull time sheets
- Other bookkeeping tasks that may arise
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
