Restaurant Franchise corporate office located in San Clemente is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources, or willingness to learn
- At least 2 years of QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Have excellent organization skills and time management
- Reliably able to drive throughout the work day for bank runs and other errands
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Point person for receiving mail, ordering & managing office & printer supplies, UPS & FedEx shipping
- Bank deposit runs
- Answering phone and door
- Maintaining office file system
- Process and record invoices and print weekly checks
- Managing gift card system
- Managing Human Resources
- Keeping the office tidy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
